FH-Prof. DI Dr. Martin Duque
General Manager and Head of Internationalisation
He is working full time at the University of Applied Sciences CAMPUS 02 as a professor and researcher in the degree program in International Marketing & Sales Management since 2007 and also coordinates the sectors Research and Development as well as Internationalisation. He absolved his diploma and earned his PhD at the Technical University of Graz, in the fields of biochemistry and food chemistry, where he developed a worldwide new method to measure lipolytic enzymes which finally was patented and distributed worldwide. After working more than a decade within the pharmaceutical industry (Novartis, Fresenius Kabi) and responsible for international markets worldwide Prof. Duque gives advice and support to many companies with international activities. As a qualified systemic psychotherapist he gives therapy and coaching to people in challenging situations of life and works (as well in single and group settings) and is therefore able to complete the consulting process about the mental and emotional dimensions. In the following years he will use his experience and knowledge to internationalize selected products and services and to build up a profitable business for UMID and partners.

Alexandra Duque
Head of Competency Development
As the head of department of a call centre, she is working at the moment for a famous Austrian daily newspaper. Amongst a variety of activities she is leading, coaching and training her employees. Qualified in systemic coaching, she accompanies people in different situations at work and supports the search of solutions with a systemic attitude. Her focus in UMID lies especially in accompaniment and support of people who want to move into gear and want to focus on the very next step in life.

Aziz Duque
International Product Manager
As international product manager he is the contact for the distribution of products and services to South America. His experience abroad, especially his long stay in South America, allows him to accomplish costumers’ needs in a cultural and verbal way at its best and particularly for Spanish-speaking markets. In his last years in sales activities he was able to polish his dealing with customers and together with his interests in digital medias he will bring in his strengths at its best for UMID.
